Talk to Samaritans any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you. You don’t have to be suicidal.

Qwell has been funded by Buckinghamshire County Council and the NHS to offer free, anonymous mental health support to all adults in Bucks

We have a youth service called Kooth. It’s available to young people between 10-25 in many areas across the UK. Please visit kooth.com to find out more.
