Support – just when you need it

As well as 24/7 tools and resources, you can live text chat with real, qualified mental wellbeing professionals who can help you on your work journey. 

 

And because life doesn’t keep 9-to-5 hours, neither do we: our Qwell team is available for live text chats from midday to 10pm on weekdays, and from 6pm to 10pm at weekends.

Help, on your terms

Because we’re an online service, there is zero travel needed. Qwell is completely self-led, giving you the autonomy to check in with tools, activities and articles whenever you choose to. 

 

You can also connect with others in our moderated discussion boards and on live forums. These are useful spaces to share tips and get advice from people who may know exactly what you’re going through.

Frequently Asked Questions

In the West Midlands, Qwell has been funded by West Midlands Combined Authority to offer free, confidential mental health support to people aged 18-24 who are struggling with work or with finding employment.

If you are under 18: We have a dedicated youth platform, Kooth, which offers free, confidential mental wellbeing support. Find us at www.kooth.com.

If you are over 24: You can see if our standard adult platform is active in your region by visiting www.qwell.io.

Our intention is always to make sure you’re getting the best help and support.

 

We use your data to check your eligibility for Qwell and to ensure we’re helping you make positive progress towards your goals. This data is also shared with the Government’s Department for Work and Pensions. 

 

Your data may also be used for research and auditing purposes. If it is, it will be anonymised so that you can’t be identified.

This service is run in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions. We use your National Insurance number to confirm you’re eligible for this free support.
